ARCIS hosted the membership of the Association of Professional Art Advisors (APAA) for a private tour of Manhattan’s premier 110,000 square foot art storage facility, meeting both short- and long-term storage needs for domestic and foreign property. The morning featured a panel discussion with Jennifer Mass, President, Scientific Analysis of Fine Art, LLC speaking on recent discoveries surrounding the degradation of paint, and Michael McCullough, Partner, Pearlstein, McCullough & Lederman LLP addressed the potential benefits of a Foreign Trade Zone for art collectors. The event included a one-day pop-up-exhibition exclusive to the APAA event. Curated by noted American artist Marc Dennis, the exhibition featured nine artists currently working at Brooklyn’s TI Art Studios in Red Hook as well as surrounding regions of the city.
